Orange 60
- 60 minutes
- Our signature class
- Designed to match your heart rate zones, this workout targets 12-20 minutes in the “Orange Zone” to boost metabolism and burn calories. It includes treadmill, rower, and weight training, with an OTBeat band to track progress.
Tread 50 / Strength 50
- 50 minutes
- Focus on either endurance or strength
- Choose between spending 50 minutes on the treadmill to enhance your endurance or 50 minutes doing weight training to build muscle. Perfect for those who want to specialize in one area.
Orange 90
- 90 minutes
- Take your fitness to the next level
- A longer version of Orange 60, this 90-minute class follows the same structure but pushes you beyond your limits for an extra challenge. Ideal for members looking to elevate their performance.
Orange 3G
- 60 minutes
- Equal time on all stations
- Divided into three groups, participants rotate through the treadmill, rower, and weight floor, spending equal time at each station. This balanced, fun, and dynamic class helps improve all aspects of fitness.
Orange Tornado
- 60 minutes
- Fast-paced and exciting
- Unlike regular classes, Tornado keeps you moving in short bursts between the treadmill, rower, and weight floor. This high-energy class ensures constant movement, making it both challenging and exhilarating.
Performance Monitoring with OTconnectTM
Orangetheory’s fitness program is built around five heart rate training zones, designed to ensure you train at the right intensity for your fitness level. The goal is to spend 12 to 20 minutes in the “Orange Zone,” where your heart rate is elevated to supercharge your metabolism, burn fat, and continue burning calories for up to 24 hours after class.
Our OTconnect system tracks your body’s response in real time, showing which heart rate zone you’re in and helping you adjust your effort to align with your personal goals. Unlike traditional high-intensity interval training (HIIT) classes, Orangetheory’s workouts are adaptable, allowing you to adjust intensity to match your fitness level and what you aim to achieve each day.
